Tyler Derr joined Mills Paskert Divers in 2020.  Prior to joining the firm, Tyler practiced with a well-respected firm in Tampa where he represented a diverse group of clients in the areas of commercial litigation and construction.  Here, his practice is devoted to the resolution of complex commercial litigation disputes with a concentration in construction defect claims.  Tyler has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018-2020 in the field of construction litigation and is rated AV-Preeminent, Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating for ethics and the ability to practice law.
