Alex Sarsfield joined the firm in 2019 and practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, with concentrations in construction defect claims and suretyship law. Before joining Mills Paskert Divers, Alex practiced at a well-respected Tampa law firm where he handled various litigation matters. While in law school, Alex served as President of the Florida State University College of Law Moot Court Team and Executive Editor of the Florida State University Business Review. Prior to law school, Alex earned his B.S. in Social Science Education from the University of South Florida, and taught high school social studies.
