Kimberly Kelley joined the firm in 2016 and practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a concentration in construction defect claims. Kimberly's experience includes the representation of general contractors, developers, and subcontractors through all stages of litigation. Kimberly also currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Construction Law Section.
Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly interned for the Second District Court of Appeal, where she gained valuable experience in legal drafting and argument. While in law school, Kimberly served as a Senior Research Editor on the Florida Law Review.
