PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ryan M. Scully joined Mills Paskert Divers in 2006. His practice is exclusively devoted to business, construction, and surety litigation.

Ryan graduated from Florida State University in May, 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Human Resource Management. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law in May, 2006.

Ryan's litigation practice involves a variety of business-related disputes. In his construction and surety practice, Ryan handles a variety of claims on public and private projects.

During law school, Ryan served as the Executive Editor of the Business Law Review (Business Journal), and was a Pre-Law Advisor, Peer Advisor, and Vice President of the Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Society. He received the Constitutional Law I Book Award, the Contracts II Book Award, the Ralph Bailey Scholarship, and the David & Cela Miller Scholarship. During law school, Ryan gained valuable work experience while clerking for a business litigation firm, a solo practitioner, and a legal aid society.

Ryan enjoys spending his leisure time playing tennis, running, water skiing, and watching college football.

Admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
