PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Keith joined Mills Paskert Divers in 2004, and practices in the areas of business, construction, fidelity, and surety law and litigation.

Keith is board-certified by the Florida Bar in construction law. Keith regularly litigates matters throughout Alabama, Florida, and Georgia relating to contract, financial institution, and other surety bonds, as well as matters relating to construction defect and commercial crime policies.

Keith received a B.A. from the University of Alabama in 1998, majoring in History and Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2001.
