PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Jeff Kuykendall joined Mills Paskert Divers P.A. in 2009. His practice is primarily devoted to complex commercial litigation, including construction, fidelity and suretyship, and collection matters.
Jeff graduated from Davidson College in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in religion. Jeff earned his juris doctorate from the Wake Forest University College of Law in 2009. Jeff is a lifelong resident of Tampa, and graduated from H.B. Plant High School.
During law school, Jeff served on the Wake Forest University School of Law Honor Council and Trial Bar. He was President of the Christian Legal Society, and on the Executive Board of the International Justice Mission chapter, and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Appellate Advocacy class. He received CALI Awards for Excellence in Constitutional Law and Legal Research and Writing: Appellate Advocacy. He won Honorable Mention at the 2008 Zeliff Trial Competition. Jeff also gained valuable work experience clerking for a United States District Court judge, the Forsyth County (NC) Public Defender’s office, and in the office of General Counsel at North Carolina Baptist Hospital.
Jeff enjoys spending his leisure time playing golf, running, following Davidson basketball, and spending time with family and friends. He is an active member at Hyde Park Presbyterian Church.
