PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Adam previously worked for the Orlando law firm of DeCubellis & Meeks, P.A., and
the Tampa law firm of Jennis & Bowen, P.L., where he handled complex commercial
litigation and creditors' rights cases. In 2006, Adam joined Mills Paskert Divers
P.A. His practice is devoted to construction, surety, and commercial litigation.
Adam has tried complex litigation cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Adam studied finance and economics at Florida State University. He graduated from Florida State with honors in 1995. He continued his education at The Wake Forest University School of Law, and obtained his juris doctorate degree in 1998. While at Wake Forest, Adam worked for the corporate legal department of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and for a general litigation firm in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Admitted to Practice in all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
