PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Keith joined Mills Paskert Divers P.A. in 2004. His practice is exclusively devoted to business, construction, and surety litigation.

Keith's practice involves a variety of business-related disputes. In his construction and surety practice, Keith has handled a variety claims on public and private projects in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. He has also lectured and written on construction-related and other litigation issues.

Keith graduated from the University of Alabama in 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science. As an undergraduate, he held internships in Washington D.C. with the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Senator Richard Shelby.

During law school, Keith served as an extern with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Alabama, and participated in a clinic with the Tuscaloosa County Public Defender's Office. After graduation in 2001, Keith served as Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Gregory Shaw, of Alabama's Court of Criminal Appeals, and then practiced privately in Alabama before relocating to Florida. He worked for the firm in Tampa for four years, prior to moving to Atlanta in 2008 to help open its new office there.

Keith enjoys spending his leisure time traveling, listening to jazz, and spending time with family and friends.
